Biography

“Customer Service is my focus, and communication is the key. My goal is to listen to the user, solve their issue, share the solution with them, and use that knowledge proactively in the future. A win for me is a customer proudly letting me know they resolved an issue independently because of what they learned from our previous interaction.” 

Pam has over 20 years of experience working in public schools in multiple states and districts with an emphasis on technology, with collaboration, communication and customer service as priorities. 

Her versatile background, includes working with public service, nonprofit, small business, and public and private school organizations. Her educational background includes a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, with an emphasis on change and social justice, where she honed her communication skills.
