If you need some technical assistance and/or guidance for your child’s ACES device, here is the link to the new ACES Educational Technology Parent/Guardian Service Portal

This portal will give you, parents and guardians, the ability to check the Knowledge Base section for possible helpful tech suggestions, to Request Help by submitting a service desk ticket for any tech problems your child may be experiencing, and even to Contact a Teacher to discuss some of the tech assignments or other academic issues.

While students are learning from home, sometimes a little technical assistance and support can help.
