Before Your Create Account
Before you follow the directions on how to create an account, please make sure that you have received a letter from the school providing you with your student Access ID and Password. If you do not have this information, you will not be able to create your account. Please call the office if you need this information.
All parents are required to create an account using a personal username and password. Do not sign in first. You will need to scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click CREATE ACCOUNT. Use the school code: MQLB

ACES at Chase School Credit Recovery Program
ACES at Chase does not offer a summer school program for credit recovery; we only offer credit recovery after school during the school year. If necessary, students have the option to attend summer school programs in their home district by their own arrangement and expense.
The ACES at Chase Credit Recovery Program will be offered to ACES at Chase High students meeting specific criteria who need to make up credits to meet graduation requirements. Credit Recovery is IN PERSON ONLY. Credit recovery runs after school from 3-5 pm. Credits are recovered by Quarter. Students may recover credits in the quarter following a failing grade. Credit recovery will be offered at $20 per course per quarter. No transportation is available.
Who Can Participate
The Credit Recovery program is only open to ACES at Chase high students who meet the following criteria:
- have been actively enrolled in the course throughout its duration.
- meet the attendance requirements for earning credit. If a student has passed the attendance threshold, an appeal must be filed and approved prior to enrolling in the credit recovery program using THIS form.
- have a grade below 2.5 for the quarter
When and Where
After school, 3-5 pm, in-person only in the Upper School Commons. One course is available each day. Exact dates for sessions are available HERE.
- Quarter 1 Credit Recovery takes place during Quarter 2
- Quarter 2 Credit Recovery takes place during Quarter 3
- Quarter 3 Credit Recovery takes place during Quarter 4
- There are no Credit Recovery options for Quarter 4
- There are no Credit Recovery options for electives
Cost
$20 per course/per quarter.
How do I register?
Students must complete a hard copy of the CREDIT RECOVERY AGREEMENT. They can obtain a copy from their school counselor. The credit recovery agreement requires signatures from the student, the parent/guardian, the school counselor, and the principal. The credit recovery agreement should be submitted with payment.
Attendance / Dismissal / Transportation / Meals
Attendance, punctuality, and appropriate behavior are expected. Students, who are disruptive or insubordinate may be dismissed without refund of tuition. Absence and/or tardiness may result in loss of credit. Students are required to meet a minimum seat time requirement 8 hours per quarter per course. Transportation is NOT provided. Food will NOT be provided.
Refunds
A full refund is available only if notice of withdrawal is given prior to the first class session.
How will Credit Recovery courses be taught?
Credit Recovery courses are completed with a certified faculty member in-person at ACES at Chase. Credit recovery courses are only available for core academics (Math, Science, Humanities). The STEM coursework is delivered through Apex and Humanities will be handwritten essay assignments. Students who enroll in the Credit Recovery program, successfully (i.) demonstrate competency on all of the required coursework and (ii.) meet the seat time minimum requirement of 8 hours will receive a final grade of 2.5 for the recovered quarter. Credit recovery is only available for Quarters 1, 2, and 3.
