Professional Learning
ACES Professional Development and School Improvement (PDSI) provides cost-effective, customized solution pathways to meet the needs of our collaborative partners by addressing professional learning at every phase. PDSI works with regional partner districts, CSDE and other clients to anticipate and identify trends, target and access resources, design and implement initiatives and determine program effectiveness through comprehensive data analysis.
Professional Learning Opportunities
ACES offers learning opportunities for educators to acquire new skills or advance in the education profession. In addition to offering ACES-created workshops on specific subject areas, instructional practices, and technology skills, the ACES Staff Development Building in Hamden operates as a conference center for local and statewide trainings.
In-District/Program Support
ACES provides a staff of experienced educators to tailor technical assistance to the specific needs of schools, districts and programs. ACES Education Specialists offer expertise in a variety of specialties including: curriculum development, instructional strategies, technology integration, data analysis, assessment, facilitation of district planning processes and more.
