World Language Translation Services
“Don’t let your message get lost in translation”
ACES has redesigned our Translation Services Platform to now be World Language Services. We continue to provide document translation for all types of school notifications and in-person (or virtual) interpretation services in multiple languages for PPTs, parent conferences, and various school meetings. ACES World Language Services has extensive experience working within education systems. Our interpreters and translators understand and respect the need for professionalism and confidentiality.
We have recently diversified our services to include Bilingual Psycho-Educational evaluations as well as Bilingual Speech & Language Evaluations. The department also offers workshops and professional development to support districts, schools, multi-language learners and their families. Educational opportunities can be tailored to suit school and district needs.
As we receive requests for services, we would like to meet our districts’ needs as best as possible by providing quality service at a competitive rate. Every educational system's needs are distinctive. We work within your scope to ensure high-quality results. ACES World Language Services can also provide support to assess school/district language needs in compliance with the Parent Bill of Rights for English Learners and Multilingual Learners.
Interpretation is priced at an hourly rate, minimum of one hour virtual and two hours on site. Translation is priced per word. Both services utilize a tiered language scale. Please contact Kevin Keating or Maddie Colon (mcolon@aces.org, 203-498-6879) for additional rate information.

While we are known for our educational expertise, we also provide certified medical and legal interpreters, support out-of-state translation projects, and accept credit card payments.
World Language Services Forms
Translation
Translation services include handwritten and typed documents. Priced per project/word on a tiered language scale.
Interpretation
Interpretation services can be provided in a variety of ways. Priced per hour, minimum of one hour.
Bilingual Evaluations
Services include Bilingual Psycho-Educational Evaluations (Spanish) and Bilingual Speech & Language Evaluations (Spanish)
Multilingual Learners Bill of Rights
As a part of P.A.23-150 Section 17, the Connecticut State Board has created a bill of rights dedicated to parents/guardians of students who are multilingual learners in order to protect and fortify the rights of the aforementioned parties. As of July 1st, 2024, multilingual educators must abide by a set of 15 declarations, which can be found here.
