Important Information

Please Pre-enroll before making a fingerprinting appointment. We CAN NOT fingerprint you without your Applicant Tracking Number page and or picture of number on your phone.

What is the Cost?

• The cost varies depending on your certification status and whether you are working for a local Board of Education (BOE) or a Regional Educational Service Center (RESC).
• State and FBI fingerprinting fees are paid online during the pre-enrollment process.
• ACES charges a processing fee.

Payment:

• Acceptable forms of payment inlcude debit/credit cards. NO CASH, MONEY ORDERS OR PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. 

Ways to Pay:

• Prepay Online: Click on the Fingerprinting Payment: Credit Card link on our website. On the payment form, please make sure you include your first and last name, your email address and the scheduled appointment date and time. 
  • If you have prepaid for your appointment, but can no longer make it, please reschedule on our website. Once you reschedule, you do not need to make another processing fee payment.
• Payment at time of appointment: If you did not prepay, you can pay by credit/debit card at the time of your appointment.

Refund Policy for Fingerprinting Appointments:

Please note that all payments made online to schedule a fingerprinting appointment are non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel or do not attend your appointment, your payment will not be refunded.

Availability

Fingerprinting services are available during the following times, at ACES 370 James St., New Haven, CT 06513. Our fingerprinting hours are:

• Mondays, 9:30-11:30am
• Tuesdays, 2:00-4:00pm
• Thursdays, 2:00pm-4:00pm

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please email fingerprinting@aces.org. Include your name, date, and time of appointment.

Please note:  ACES Fingerprinting Services are only valid in the state of Connecticut. Results may not be shared with other states.
