Come out and support Mill Road’s multicultural committee! The groups most recent activity for students was on June 6th when Boogie Chillun shared their love of music with students. The program took students and faculty on a musical journey through America’s rich music history; from Yankee Doodle to hip-hop.
Congratulations to our health teacher Mr. Willett on his Teacher Of The Year nomination!!! Thank you for making providing our students with amazing learning opportunities!
On Wednesday, Mill Road’s Multicultural Committee hosted a performance by Boogie Chillun.’ The 45 minute program brought us on a musical journey of American music as it developed from slave spirituals to modern day hip-hop and pop. Students and staff were engaged and many were dancing throughout the performance and raved about it! Thanks to the families that support the multicultural committee’s fundraisers that make performances like these possible.
