ACES Business Advisory Council

Mary J. Rose, Business & Community Engagement Professional, has been an active member of the ACES Business Advisory Council (BAC) since 2014, serving as Co‑Chair from 2016–2023. She has also served the community as an Ambassador for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce for many years, supporting local businesses. As a Certified Professional Co‑Active Coach (CPCC), Mary brings a successful career in sales, marketing, and business development, helping organizations strengthen customer relationships and implement solutions that drive meaningful results. She also serves on the Business Advisory Board for Southern CT State University (SCSU), supporting their Women in Leadership and Workforce Development needs. Having lost a parent as a teen, Mary learned early that removing barriers can help people right in front of us, fueling her lifelong commitment to helping others thrive. ACES, she says, is a natural extension of her passion for supporting people in building better lives.
