| “When a customer asks of me for help, I look at this moment as a great opportunity to teach the customer a process that delivers the answers they seek. I believe that every person has the ability to learn new things. It is my goal to give our customers not only answers to their questions but also show them techniques and strategies to help them answer their own questions. I believe that articulating a customer’s needs builds training opportunities where with detailed documentation, our customers will feel the confidence and power to conquer their daily tasks.” Bob started his career at ACES in 1988 while completing his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from SCSU. He began as a Computer Operator and grew to the level of Acting Director of Technology Services. In his current role as System Support Manager, he provides technology support to not only ACES schools and programs but also for many K-12 school districts throughout Connecticut. Bob brings years of experience in supporting administrative applications that are used throughout the K-12 school sector. He understands that Educational Technology is always changing and therefore he remains ahead of the curve to assist districts in today's technology needs. Bob is part of key decision-making initiatives that include Strategic Planning, Data Discovery, Implementation, Training and Support. |
