ACES ServSafe Culinary Arts Training Program

Students participating in ServSafe Culinary Arts Training Program

The ACES ServSafe® Culinary Arts Training program is taught by Culinary Institute of America Alumni and restaurateur Jeffrey Arnold, and includes hands-on learning in:

Food Safety Serving
Personal Hygiene Purchasing
Preventing Cross-Contamination Front-and Back-of-the-House Operations
Controlling Time and Temperature Product Set-up & Delivery
Cleaning and Sanitizing Customer Service
Food Production and Cooking Teamwork and Employability Skills

 

Classes begin in January 2017 and meet twice a week through June at ACES Whitney High School North.
