First Day of School Schedule

The first day of school for the Center for Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disorders is August 14, 2017.

All other ACES schools begin the school year on August 28, 2017

ACES is proud to be the recipient of a 2017 National Endowment for the Humanities grant.  

This grant will fund The Long Civil Rights Movement Project: A two-week institute for thirty schoolteachers on the “long civil rights movement” from the Civil War to today.

ACES Policy for Free and Reduced Lunch Eligibility

The Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) announced today its policy for determining eligibility of children who may receive free or reduced-price meals served under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP), or free milk served under the Special Milk Program (SMP).

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) exists to improve public education through high quality, cost effective programs and services. We are the Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) for the twenty-five school districts in south central Connecticut. Over 40 states operate Educational Service Agencies because of the financial benefits that are obtained through regional collaboration.
