Biography

Rebecca Gilbert went to The School of Art Institute of Chicago for a BFA in Painting. She completed her MFA in Combined Media in New York City at Hunter, before relocating to New Haven in 2016. Rebecca works in mixed media with a focus on collage and sculpture. She has exhibited her work nationally and internationally. Her passion for arts education is integral to her studio practice and she loves teaching young artists develop new skills and concepts. www.rebeccagilbert.info
