Benjamin is a theatre artist whose previous experience includes acting (Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Philadelphia Shakespeare, Elm Shakespeare, PlayMakers Rep, NBC’s ‘Quantico’; ABC’s ‘The Blacklist’), directing (Hoosier Shakespeare, Starling Shakespeare, American Shakespeare Center), teaching (SCSU, Mary Baldwin University), and fight choreography (Two River Theatre, Virginia Stage, Shakespeare Academy @Stratford).
He received his MFA from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Professional Actor Training Program where he was also awarded the David Hammond Award for Excellence in Dramatic Art. He is a proud member of Actors Equity and holds the rank of Advanced Actor/Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors.
