ACES works with its member school districts and a range of partners to attract, certify and retain the best and the brightest to the education field. We coordinate the Teacher Education and Mentor (TEAM) program, the Minority Teacher Recruitment efforts in our region, training in a wide variety of instructional strategies, and test preparation support and fingerprinting for educator licensure requirements.
