Allison received her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders from The Sage Colleges in 2013, and her B.S. in general Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2011. Allison completed an internship with ACES while completing undergraduate coursework and working in homes providing private instructional and behavior management services for young children.  Since January, 2015, Allison has worked as a team leader in ACES Autism Programs.

Erica Bauer, M. S., BCBA

Erica received her B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern University in 2011, and her M.S. in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph in 2015. Throughout her schooling, she gained experience working in public and private school settings, as well as providing in-home support for adolescents with autism. Erica received her BCBA certification in 2015 and joined the ACES team soon after.   

 

Ellen Baecker, M.A., BCaBA

Ellen received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, and her B.A. from Rutgers University. She has provided training, assessment, and clinical support to children with social emotional problems and their families since 1989 when she first joined the ACES Behavior Services Center team. Ellen has also spearheaded the ACES BSC support for New Haven's Urban Youth Elementary School Project which is now housed at Mill Road School.

Jennifer Blanchette, M.S., BCBA

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2003. She spent the next several years gaining experience while providing behavioral services to individual families and within public and private school settings. Ms. Blanchette obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Autism & Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of St. Joseph in 2014. She received her BCBA certification following graduation and joined the ACES Behavior Services Team. She currently provides behavioral consultation to an ACES-supported school district.

 

Kerry DelGiudice, M. S., BCBA

Kerry received her B.S. in Health Science studies from Quinnipiac University in 2008, and her M.S. in Medical Laboratory Science from Quinnipiac University in 2009.  After receiving her Master’s degree, Kerry spent several years teaching pre-school, and working with children with autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.  During this time, Kerry gained experience in clinical, school, and home based settings.  In 2014, Kerry received her BCBA certification from Western Connecticut State University and has been part of the ACES team since August 2014.   

Ruel Dixon, M.S., BCBA

Ruel Dixon received his B.A. degree from Southern Connecticut State University.  Mr. Dixon went on to obtain a Master’s degree from Albertus Magnus College in 2009 and a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University in 2015.  Mr. Dixon started working at ACES in 2009 and has assumed different roles, with his most recent being a Behavior Analyst within a ACES-supported school district.  Over the years Mr. Dixon has worked in the elementary school and private home setting.  Mr. Dixon’s interests include functional communication training, verbal behavior, and contingency management.

Suzanne Francois, M. S., BCBA

Suzanne received her B.A. in Childhood Education from the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Long Island University in 2007.  Four years later she went on to earn an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Department of Health and Behavior Studies at Teacher's College, Columbia University.  Suzanne's professional interests include curriculum, instructional design, verbal behavior, and early intervention.  Ms. Francois became a BCBA in 2013 and was hired the following year by ACES.

Jamie Kreinest, M.S., BCBA

Jamie attended Westfield State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2010 and a Master of Arts in 2013 from the Department of Psychology.  She joined the ACES in September 2012 and, working within a public school district, has provided a range of ABA-based services, supports, and training to students and staff working within elementary, middle, and high school settings.  Jamie's professional interests include verbal behavior, contingency management in the classroom, and the use of antecedent based intervention strategies.  She achieved her BCBA certification in 2014.

Gregory Lefebvre, M.S., BCBA

Greg received a Bachelor’s degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania in Psychology and Neuroscience in 2006.  Following graduation he spent the next several years gaining experience while providing behavioral services to individuals within their homes as well as public and private school settings.  Mr. Lefebvre obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York in 2012.  Greg accepted a position in August of 2014 as an ACES Behavior Analyst and currently provides behavioral consultation to an ACES-supported school district.

Lisa Nikiforuk, M.S., BCBA

Lisa obained her B. A. in Psychology from Eastern CT State University in 2005.  In 2010, Lisa earned her M. S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University's Department of Psychology.  Her professional interests include video modeling, adolecent development, pivotal behaviors and augmentative communication.  Lisa was hired by ACES in 2010 the same year she achieved her BCBA certification.

Deborah Olchek, M.A., BCBA

Debbie received her M.A. from the Department of Psychology at West Virginia University in 1994 and her B.A. in psychology from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta.   She has been  providing behavior analytic services and working with individuals and families since 1994 in Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia, Tennessee, and Connecticut.   She has worked consultation in school systems and in clinical and management positions in  hospitals, residential facilities, and in-home programs,  Her experience includes conducting assessments, designing staff development packages,  and formulating interventions with a wide age range of children and adults, comprised of both individual and system wide behavioral treatment models.  She became part of the ACES family in 2003 and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2005.

Jennifer received her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in Developmental Disabilities from Auburn University and her B.A. in psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington. She has been working with individuals and families since 2004 and consulting in school systems since 2005. She joined the ACES BSC Consultation Team August 2008. Jennifer's prior experience includes creating a model special education classroom for the state of Alabama as well as co-writing Special Education Extended Standards Curriculum System for grades K-12 to be used throughout the state of Alabama.

Stephanie received her M.S. in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Josephs in 2014 and her B.A. in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College in 2009.  After providing services to individuals and families for five years, Mrs. Reinoso received her BCBA certification.  In 2015, Stephanie joined the ACES team as a Behavior Analyst and currently provides behavioral consultation services to an ACES-supported school district.

Bianca Sims, M.S., BCBA

Bianca received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Educational Studies from Trinity College in 2009. She began working in ABA in 2011 with the birth-to-three system. Bianca received her Master of Science in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015. She received her BCBA certification in 2015 as well, and subsequently joined the ACES team.  Her professional interests include verbal behavior, functional communication training and early intervention.

 

Finessa Slater, M.S., BCBA

Finessa graduated with a B.S. from Northeastern University and obtained her M.S. from Teachers College, Columbia University from the Department of Health and Behavior Studies in 2007.  Finessa has provided services to students on the spectrum in a variety of educational contexts and her interests include reducing stereotypy, self-management, and remediating developmental skill deficiencies.  Ms. Slater joined the ACES family in 2007 and has contributed to the development and management of several internal and external programs.  Finessa received her BCBA certification in 2008 and also maintains a CT Special Education Teaching Certification.

Catherine Smith, M.S., BCBA

Catherine received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from the University of Saint Joseph. She received her BCBA certification in 2014 and joined the ACES team that same year. Catherine has experience working in the public and private school settings and her professional interests include procedural integrity, functional analysis in natural settings, component analyses, and functional communication training.

Allison received a B.S. in Psychology from Boston University in 2002 followed by an M.S. in Special Education from Simmons College in 2004.  She continued her education to receive a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2006 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007.  Allison has provided staff supervision and ABA consultation for students in grades pre-k through high school across a variety of public and private school settings.  Allison’s professional interests include modification of academic curriculum, functional analysis in the applied setting, and functional communication training.  Allison joined the ACES team in 2015.

 

Danielle Sunter, M.A., BCBA

Danielle received a B.S in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University and her M.S. in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston. Danielle worked as a special education teacher for the Westbrook Public School system from 2006 to 2010, where along with her instructional responsibilities she provided behavior support to families, students, and staff. Upon joining the ACES Behavior Services Center team in August, 2010, Danielle has worked as the consulting Behavior Analyst for the Madison Public School system, where she provides a range of behavior supports to staff and students from preschool through high school. Danielle also provides behavior services through the ACES Home Outreach Program.

Marissa Williamson, M.S., BCBA

Marissa received her B. A. in Art History from Middlebury College in 2005.  Four years later, Melissa earned an M. S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College.  Her professional interests include verbal behavior and reduction techniques for severe behavior.  Ms. Williamson became a BCBA in 2010 and was hired by ACES in 2014.

Sarah Wislocki, M.S., BCBA

Sarah received a B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2004 and a Master's degree from the Department of Special Education at the University of Louisville in 2009.  Her interests include assistive technology, communication and software devices, and genetic links to Autism and related disorders.  Sarah received her BCBA certification in 2014 which was the same year she joined the ACES team.
