The ACES Education Foundation

To Support Small, Worthy and New But Unfunded Educational Projects
The ACES Education Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that supports ACES programs and services. As an agency, ACES perceived the need to better engage members of the community with our vision and goals and to provide a means to support small, worthy, but unfunded ACES projects as they arise. To meet this need, we established the Foundation in 2003. The ACES Education Foundation raises funds from individuals and businesses, including staff, alumni, vendors, and other ACES friends. These funds are then used to enhance and support various agency programs.
The ACES Education Foundation is spearheaded by a dedicated and diverse group of leaders who publicly champion the mission, services, and goals of ACES. Board members raise the public profile of ACES, engage in philanthropic efforts on behalf of new and existing programs, secure funds, and clarify the identity and mission of ACES through outreach activities to the community.
More Than $56,000 Awarded
This year, the ACES Education Foundation awarded grants totaling over $56,000 to various ACES programs. These funds provide key resources for improving educational offerings for area students and families. Recent grants have supported workshops, scholarships, summer employment programs, technology upgrades, and after-school programs.
The ACES Education Foundation welcomes donations by mail in the form of memorial gifts, proceeds from fundraising events, and donations from friends, families, and alumni. Please send them to the ACES Education Foundation, c/o Carolyn McNally, 350 State Street, North Haven, CT 06473.
