2012 Fundraising Gala

Each year, the ACES Education Foundation holds an annual fundraising gala. This gala educates the community about all that ACES accomplishes on behalf of students, families, and educators. It also raises funds that enhance the agency's ability to respond to urgent educational needs in ACES programs and schools.

The 9th Annual Gala: ACES and Greater New Haven Celebrate All That Jazz will feature jazz musician and ACES Educational Center for the Arts (ECA) alumnus, Wayne Escoffery. As a tenor saxophonist, he is currently an Artist in Residence with ACES ECA, has recorded 7 CDs as a leader and is in great demand as a sideman who has been featured on numerous other recordings. In addition to the jazz quartet from ACES ECA, guests at this year’s gala will also be entertained by the ACES Whitney High School East and West singing group and drummers. We look forward to an exciting evening of fun with live and silent auctions, delicious food and beverages, and student entertainment.
