To Support Small, Worthy and New But Unfunded Educational Projects

The ACES Education Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization that supports ACES programs and services. As an agency, ACES perceived the need to better engage members of the community with our vision and goals and to provide a means to support small, worthy, but unfunded ACES projects as they arise. To meet this need, we established the Foundation in 2003. The ACES Education Foundation raises funds from individuals and businesses, including staff, alumni, vendors, and other ACES friends. These funds are then used to enhance and support various agency programs.

The ACES Education Foundation is spearheaded by a dedicated and diverse group of leaders who publicly champion the mission, services, and goals of ACES. Board members raise the public profile of ACES, engage in philanthropic efforts on behalf of new and existing programs, secure funds, and clarify the identity and mission of ACES through outreach activities to the community.

Congratulations to Peter Young on his retirement from Association of Educational Services Agencies (AESA). AESA has selected to honor him by giving an annual Peter Young Service Award at each of its summer conferences. AESA is so lucky to have benefitted from his work for the past 40 years. Kudos to Peter.
