From High Tech Infrastructure to Desktop Support
The ACES Technology Services Department provides support to districts ranging from highly technical infrastructure issues through desktop support and helpdesk services. This service is provided through a collaborative model in which districts are fully engaged in the decisions and technological directions which affect their students and teachers. A detailed list of services which are provided by this department Services include:

- On-going collaboration and consultation regarding technology

- Technical Support – on-site as well as phone

- Data Warehousing Services, via the Connecticut Data Warehouse (CTDW)

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) is looking for a selected vendor to provide a complete VoIP system implementation for 608 stations/users, and a voice mail system, along with associated cabling, data switches (turn key), and UPSs, equipped for 730 stations/licenses and with the capability of growing to 900+ users.
