The Beginning Educator Support and Training (BEST) program is a two-year induction process for new teachers. ACES PDSI staff members participate as members of the BEST management team and are responsible for the coordination and implementation of all BEST support training. Staff members are also involved in the design/delivery of training and scoring of beginning teacher portfolios.
