ACES offers on-site meeting facilities at our 205 Skiff Street, Hamden, CT location. Our facilities accommodate up to sixty participants. We can provide catering services, audio-visual equipment and the latest in computers and projection technology.

  • Registration processing (development of registration forms, online registration site, registration confirmation, registration database development and management, attendance reporting, issuance of CEUs)

  • Fiscal management (accounts payable and receivable)

  • Coordination with event site, speakers, presenters, and vendors/exhibitors

  • Production of conference materials (brochures, attendee packets, handouts, name badges, etc.)
